  Unfortunately, I cannot give this company a good rating. It all started out okay, but....When measuring, they didn't take into account the slope of our walls so the shutters did not fit snugly to the walls once we got them 6 weeks after ordering them. It look at least a month to get another person recommend by the company to come out and look at the problem. After that, no communication about what to do for another about 3 weeks. When the owner finally called, we were told it was minimal they could do. My boyfriend offered to repair it himself and they gave us $800 off. This will take a lot longer for my boyfriend to make right but we were just tired of the waiting. We went in to sign the documents for the no interest loan and while in the store, we discovered the color of the shutters was a shade duller than the whitest white. We recognized the shutters were a duller white when installed but we thought that is what they had so we didn't complain. However, going into the store and seeing a whiter white, we realized we didn't get the whitest white which would have matched our crown molding. The owner of the store actually came to our house to see our other shutters and I still can't figure out why he didn't recommend the whitest white. The sales person there suggested we take this issue up with the owner. After thinking about this on the way home, I emailed the owner and asked that he not run the credit until we could talk more about the color not being right. That was on a Saturday. On Monday, the credit was run, he has not responded to my email or to my boyfriend's several calls. It's been over a month. I am so disappointed in the way I was treated by this company and I could not recommend this company. I feel the owner has ignored the problems we were presented with and while he did offer a reduced fee because of the sizing error, he was not willing to discuss the wrong color of the shutters and, more importantly, he ran the credit when he was asked in writing not to do so.
