  Sat in empty waiting area for 20 minutes past our 11am appointment time. The sales person didn't seem too concerned about a customer waiting. My doctor and I both agree I need a little help with hearing in 1 ear. Sales lady says I need 2 hearing aids. They supposedly have 4 different models of hearing aids for sale but only the most expensive one on hand to demo. Tried it out and I'm not sure it was even working at all. Total disappointment. Other reviews seem generally negative for good reason. Take your business elsewhere.
