  This has got to be the WORST doctors office EVER!!! Rude staff, Dr Williams is never there, I understand she has 2 offices, I seen her 2 times in my MANY visits to this office!!! OPHELIA is a rude B word, NO ONE in that staff seems to give a darn about the patients... You can call them CRYING BEGGING for a refill, then they tell you to hurry and have it faxed in and it will be approved and when you call to check you get attitude and get told we don't do that till after 5... REALLY??? When LE ANNE told me it would be done as soon as it was faxed in... I have had referrals screwed up multiple times. And I get nothing but attitude from the staff in this office. Dr. Williams is a good doctor, but she REALLY needs to replace her staff... ESPECIALLY miss Ophelia... This is a customer service field... There is NO reason for anyone to give attitude to a patient... EVER when they are just crying out for help... Sure, I can go to the urgent care, but I called this office FIRST and was told they would take care of it immediatly... and I get attitude when I call about it... Yea an AWESOME doctors office to go to... I should of paid more attention to all the NEGATIVE reviews they have on many sites... I understand its a rough field, but this is a customer service field, and NO need for attitude and disrespect when someone is just crying out for help. attitude Ophelia. I wish I had paid more attention to the reviews I read when I looked her up. I cannot wait to change doctors, and maybe now I will get some kind of respect! Listen ladies, you are in the customer service field, if you cannot do your job without an attitude, find a new career. I am in TEARS in some pain and just needed a refill and I get attitude about it... I guess I have to show up in person to get anything done properly... AGAIN
