  I don't give out 5 stars freely. So, that being said, in my world a 4 is very respectable. This was my first time at Lemon Shark Poke, and I was quite impressed with both the food and the service. The young man who was working there was kind, patient and helpful. The food was fresh. The selections of toppings and ingredients brought back memories of my childhood (I'm Japanese, although born and raised in California), and to my delight, the finished bowl was delicious. I will be returning soon to try another combination of ingredients.
