  This is the worst experience I ever had with a Insurance company ever. We bought a car from Champion Dodge and I guess the dealer works with this company. They had us on the phone for 15minutes before we went into finance and after we came out they kept us for another 47minutes to sign papers and the process was so slow. The agent that was handling our transaction was Simon. He literally made the process and experience of getting insurance a bad one. We got made that we almost cancelled the whole deal with the dealer because of this. We complain to the manager and he quickly called another insurance and they came out to the dealer to help us. The new insurance took only 15 minutes to go through the process and with a agent at the dealer. I will recommend people to stay away from this place... they have horrible customer service.
