  Great food, waited more than 30 minutes for my food and didnt recieve it until after I said something to the manager. Manager didn't apologize or seem to care . I'm not a high maintenance person and didn't expect my money back or anything but jeez a half hour? I was honestly ready to just leave and get food at habit because it'd be quicker !!!!

  By far my favorite place to eat. I do need to broaden my food choices here. Cause I usually aways get the same thing. Their gourmet chicken tacos are the best.

  Went Friday at 12 I had work at 1 down the street so i got it to go. There long line which is expected its the peak of lunch time. There were already a bunch of people waiting for their food in the dining area and more by the counter. I love Rubios I got a simple bean and cheese burrito and fish taco. It took 20 minutes to get out which to me with all those people that were there with a line to the door was reasonable. What I thought was great was they were all working behind the counter like a machine everyone was cool as a cucumber just boom boom boom food ordered food made food ran food bagged tables cleaned salsa filled napkins filled everything was going smoothly no one seemed stressed they knew how to handle a rush. Its my favorite Dubois location :) thank you!
