  At the beginning of the year I had the pleasure of working with Cynde Gardner at Bright Paths to identify the top five passions in my life. I had already been on a path-road for personal growth through taking the full curriculum at Landmark Education yet I still found myself torn in so many directions. The process work I was able to do with her helped to lead me to the top 5 things in my life to focus on to bring me my most happiness. Within just a few months of that I realized I had those things in my life, that I had not experienced yet at that point, running in my first half marathon and finding a life partner! I am grateful to Cynde, for her passion and deep care for others, I've been so impressed with her work, and her ethic to truly go above and beyond in the service she provides.

  I went to Bright Paths due to my extreme anxiety and current life situation. I needed more help than a regular therapist could give.. During my very FIRST session with Cynde, I felt immediate relief which was unbelievable!!! As well, I left with concrete tools to use during the day to help with my anxiety. I have been going to Bright Paths for a few weeks and have been able to apply the techniques I learned into my daily situations. What an amazing difference! I am a administrator/caregiver and have stressful situations daily. I shared the techniques that Cynde taught me with my staff . Through out the day you can observe the staff and I using these techniques and it makes a big difference with everyone's stress level. Any business that is stressful should incorporate Bright Paths in their training. I highly recommend this business to anyone!!!
