  Mike was wonderful to deal with, and very fair and competitive with prices, my brother and I were on a tight schedule for a cross country trip, and Mike was great to us and got us back on the road with a full set of new tires, and an alignment with plenty of time to spare. They were also very careful in the process and didn't scratch the rims while replacing the tires. Highly recommend this shop and location- plenty to do nearby while you wait for your vehicle. Thanks Mike!

  Several big things wrong with store...... I received a quote for a set of tires for my truck and scheduled an appointment to have the tires installed. During the call, we discussed the specific load ratings necessary for the truck, the price, and that the tires were available at the store for install. I decided based upon the price & how nice the guy sounded on the phone, that they would earn my business.
  
  Once I arrived, it was a different story. Upon arrival, I told the front desk manager I was here for my appointment, at which point he said I didn't have one. He said it must have been the American Tires down the street. As I was leaving, I checked my phone & saw the number I called earlier in the day was a match for the store I went into. So I went back inside, and then they realized that I did have an appointment. That should have been a red flag there.
  
  After almost crashing my truck (high roof van) in roof of the building (I had to run outside and stop them), they started taking off my tires with a jack in the parking lot. About 45 minutes later, the manager has me filling out paperwork and realizes that they don't have the right tires I need, the guy I spoke with made a mistake, that the price now doubled, and that they wouldn't have the tires until tomorrow.
  
  After they stopped installing the wrong tires, they put my tires back. Never even received a simple apology for wasting a total of 2 and 1/2 hours of my time. The really frustrating part, was when I scheduled the appointment, I made sure that the tires were the correct version I need with the right load rating. I asked this several different ways. Despite all of this, they ensured me they had it in stock and had me waste a good portion of my day going there. On top of that, they almost caused damage to my roof & weren't equipped to properly handle my truck (despite being made aware of it ahead of time). I would not recommend going to this shop as they don;t have their stuff in order. I had a weird feeling going in there and should have listened to my gut.
  
  I don't normally write reviews, but was pretty upset regarding the incompetence.
